This institution is about 142 years old. It also comes under Deemed University. In this case Mufti Mohammad Azimuddin has come under the scourge of dispute by issuing fatwa by the institution.

However, other religious institutions have expressed their opinion against the fatwa. They say that there is no logic behind this fatwa.

Actually, fatwas have said that prawns is an arthropod and it is in the category of Makarooh Tarahim, for Muslims, this food is haram. The fatwas further said, "Therefore Muslims are advised, they do not eat all this."

In fact, Mufti says that Islam has three categories under which the food is haram. These are the categories - halal, ban and disgusting.

Tell that there is also a subcategory in Makarooh category. There are also things, that are considered disgusting to eat, but they can be eaten, while completely prohibited food items coming in Makarooh Tarahim from eating.

Significantly, Jamia Nizamia is a famous Islamic educational institution, which is seen as a prestigious institution in many other countries.
