Bihar's former deputy CM and RJD leader, Tejasvi Yadav, seems to be stuck in legal slopes. Tejasvi Yadav is accused of insulting the country's national song Vande Mataram. A case has been registered in Bihar's Darbhanga against this Tejasvi Yadav. A sedition case has been registered against him.
Let us know that on August 13, Tejasvi Yadav had a tweet. In this tweet, Tejasvi Yadav commented on the tweet of a person named Umashankar Singh.
Umashankar Singh had written, 'Bande Marte Hain Hum'. Commenting on this tweet, Tejasvi Yadav wrote, "Correctly said their vande mataram = Bande Marte Hain Hum."
On the remarks of Tejasvi Yadav, District President of Janta Dal United Technological Cell, Iqbal Ansari has filed a petition in the CGM court and said that Tejasvi Yadav has insulted the national song from a tweet on August 13. And their tweets have hurt Indian and Indianism. In this case Janata Dal United leader has also accused Umashankar Singh.
Both of them have been sued under IPC Section 124 (A) (Nation treason), 120 (B) Indian Penal Code, 501 (B) Indian Penal Code, Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act 69 (1971).
It has been said in the petition that this anti-national tweet of a former Deputy Chief Minister proves that it is neither concerned about respecting the nation nor for the image of the nation for its political selfishness.
Iqbal Ansari said that despite being a strong criticism on this tweet, Tejasvi Yadav neither deleted this tweet nor apologized for it. Relieved by the attitude of the RJD leader, he had to come to the court's shelter.
Describe that Tejasvi Yadav is currently going on an insult yatra with the mandate against Nitish government in Bihar. On Wednesday night, Tejasvi Yadav was not allowed to attend a meeting in Bhagalpur. The administration where the meeting was Place to be held, the Section 144 was imposed. Angry with this, the Tejasvi Yadav was sitting on the Bhagalpur railway station.
