Chief Secretary of Gujarat, JN Singh has said that there is two reasons that the poor condition of the farmers and the unemployment of the youth is due to which people voted against the BJP in the state assembly elections in Gujrat. By doing this, people have expressed their anger and resentment towards the ruling party. JN Singh made these points during a program on Thursday.
Let us state that in recent assembly elections have been held in Gujarat, in which the ruling party got 99 seats out of 182 seats, whereas in 2012, 115 seats were received. This remark of Gujarat Chief Secretary is being considered as a big statement this time, in the Assembly elections BJP got 99 seats and people cast votes against BJP this time. JN Singh reached the inaugural function of the 12th Regional Office of Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) on Thursday.
During this time, he said, "The two things which have clearly emerged during the elections." First, the bad condition of farmers. Farmers in Gujarat are upset. Especially in Saurashtra. They have expressed their resentment and anger by voting against BJP. Why did this happen? Because people had such a feeling that things did not prove to be beneficial for them. While the other important reason is unemployment. The absence of a job as a youth is also a reason for voting against BJP. Everywhere there is unemployment. "
In the results of Gujarat assembly elections, BJP got 99 seats, while Congress got 77 seats. Especially in the Saurashtra region, BJP was defeated, where he got only 19 out of 48 seats. Whereas Congress gets 28 seats.
