The Aam Aadmi Party today targeted the Union Minister Arun Jaitley for the blog written about Thursday's decision on the issue of governance in Delhi of the Supreme Court.

The Aam Aadmi Party said that his view shows BJP's frustration over the verdict of the Supreme court.

The Supreme Court had said in its judgment that the Delhi Government's Council of Ministers has the right to decide on all other subjects except the reserved subjects.

Aam Aadmi Party leader Ashutosh termed Arun Jaitley a "constitutional anarchist" and said he has no faith in the Constitution.

Ashutosh tweeted, "After reading Arun Jaitley's blog on the verdict of the Supreme Court, I am convinced that Jaitley is a constitutional anarchist. Like his leader Golwalkar / Modi and RSS ideology, he has no faith in the Constitution.

Significantly, Union Minister Arun Jaitley in the Modi government in India said today that the decision of the Supreme Court has been made clear that the Delhi government does not have the police authority. Jaitley said, in such a way, he can not constitute an investigation agency for crimes committed in the past. Jaitley said in a Facebook post that besides this the perception is totally flawed that the decision regarding the administration of union cadre services has been in favor of the Delhi government.
