The Babri Masjid Action Committee (BMAC) on Wednesday questioned the yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh for celebrating Diwali with government spending in Ayodhya and alleged that this government is working as a government of those who believe in particular religion.
The committee's convener Zafaryab Jilani told that in the meeting of the committee held in Lucknow, it was expressed that the Yogi Government of Uttar Pradesh is acting as a government of those who believe in a particular religion, whereas according to the Constitution of India the government does not belong to any particular religion.
He said that the committee has considered the decision of the Yogi government to make a huge statue of Lord Rama on government level and celebrate Diwali at Government level this year and the governmental expenditure also considered to be the country's secular form and the utter disregard of Article 27 of the Constitution.
Jilani said that the committee has told the Muslim community that although all the above works are unconstitutional and unlawful, but efforts should not be made to prevent or interfere in these activities on behalf of the Muslims.
He said that in the meeting, he has been authorized to decide the future strategy regarding the ongoing trial in the Supreme Court in the disputed structure of Ayodhya.
It is notable that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on Wednesday, termed the actions of the Center's Narendra Modi government as a step taken in the direction of establishment of 'Ram State' and said that the pleasure of the common citizens of the country will be 'Ram Rajya'. On the occasion of the grand ceremony of Deepawali in the spiritual city of Ayodhya, the chief Minister said that the Prime Minister dreamed that there would be a roof over every family head. Have your own personal toilets by 2019, have electricity. This is the Ram Rajya.
The Chief Minister Yogi said that Modi's resolve is to become an India that is free from dirt, poverty, casteism, communalism, terrorism and Naxalism.
He said, "The direction in which the Prime Minister is taking this country today. Continuous development plans are underway. "
The truth is that after becoming Narendra Modi's prime minister, India's economy has been ruined. India's GDP growth rate has dropped to 3.7 per cent or more. India's economy has been hit by recession.
