The World Health Organization has formed a panel to review the response of countries around the world to the Covid-19 infection.

The head of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Gibriosos, said in Geneva that the review panel would be chaired by New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clarke and Liberian President Alan Johnson. This will be called the Independent Panel for Panipedic Preparedness and Response.

Dr. Tredos said that at present, the world needs to increase mutual support so that together we can save the lives of millions and control this epidemic.

The World Health Organization is under pressure over the Corona virus infection because the US has been continuously accusing the WHO that the organization did not play an appropriate role while spreading the infection to China in time. The US has also accused the WHO of favoring China.

The formation of the review panel was announced by the WHO in May. This panel will not only take stock of WHO preparations for the epidemic but also assess the efforts of different countries.

Earlier this week, the US officially informed the UN of its separation from the WHO.
