Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar while interacting with the media during a public dialogue program on Monday said that prohibition of alcohol should be imposed in the entire country.
Nitish Kumar said that in the true sense, if the Central Government is a true commitment to Champaran Satyagraha and the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, then he should impose prohibition in the whole country.
He said that I had also appealed for the prohibition of liquor from former Uttar Pradesh's CM Akhilesh Yadav and CM of Chhattisgarh. Now appeals to the current Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh to alcoholism.
CM Nitish blamed the question of illegal slaughterhouses saying that this is not an issue. The real issue is missing from the media center nowadays. There was no debate on the issue of employment, education, agriculture and self-employment in the media and there were no questions.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that Bihar has a law since 1955 and it is fully implemented. None of the illegal slaughter houses in Bihar can run.
Nitish reminded the BJP victory in Uttar Pradesh and promises made during the elections, saying that has come to power by asking for forgiveness of the debt of the farmers, why do not they complete it?
Nitish Kumar said that today the non issue is being made the main issue in the media. No issue is made on alcoholism and social issues. These issues are being raised nowadays so that people forget the basic issues. The issue of slaughterhouses is also something similar. This issue is a matter of removing attention from the problems.
Nitish also discussed on the notes ban and said that he had supported it, but no one could say that how much black money came? Apart from this, he had demanded to seize the benami property, but the center has made silence on it and till the process of seizing an anonymous property does not start, the campaign against black money will be incomplete.
When asked about the results of Uttar Pradesh, Nitish said that if there was a Maha Gathabandhan (great coalition) there would have been some other result.
On the election results, Nitish said, it is clear that the vote percentage of Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samaj Party and Congress is ten percent more than the BJP and its allies. Where there is opposition unity, there are better results. If a party emerges as an alternative, then it gets success. If there was a massive opposition unity, the results would be different.
Nitish said that anti-BJP parties should now raise issues of public interest and national interest. Set up your agenda, will be great success in the country like the Maha Gathabandhan (great coalition) has succeeded in Bihar. There is talk of the Left parties.
