Delhi's politics has got hot on the issue of killing a person by beating the cow guards in Alwar. Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Thursday (March 6th) to target the ruling BJP government in Rajasthan.
Rahul tweeted, "When the government takes away its responsibilities and gives the rule the killer mob, then there are big calamities. The law and order in Alwar has collapsed badly. "
Rahul expressed hope that the government will take strong action against the guilty.
He wrote, "We expect the government to take strict action against those responsible for this barbarous and insensitive attack. All Indians should condemn this blind vandalism. "
After being beaten by the cow guards, 55-year-old Pahalu Khan died on Monday in Alwar district hospital. The matter was on Saturday when 16 people who were allegedly carrying animals from Jaipur to Haryana were stopped.
Police have arrested three people in this regard on Wednesday.
On Thursday, Congress raised this issue in Parliament with loud noise. Opposition MPs fiercely raged and asked the government to respond.
On behalf of Congress, Digvijay Singh raised this case in the House. Responding to the Opposition, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said, "The kind of incident is being proposed, no such incident has happened on the ground."
After this, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman PJ Kurien sought the report from the government in this case. He said that till the fact that violence has taken place, this issue can not be discussed.
In response to Naqvi, Ghulam Nabi Azad of Congress said that the whole world is aware of Alwar's violence, but the minister is not aware of this, it is very sad.
He said, "I am so sorry that the minister has so little information about this incident, even the New York Times knows about it, but the Minister does not know."
