With the support of the NDA candidate in the presidential election, a serious controversy between Congress and Janata Dal United has probably ended the interference of Rahul Gandhi. It is being said that he has instructed his party leaders not to speak against Nitish Kumar.

Janata Dal United has also indicated a positive attitude in this direction, with the opposition in the Vice Presidential election.

According to the media report, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi has taken the side of Nitish Kumar firmly and instructed his party leaders to stay away from criticizing the Janata Dal United chief.

Bihar Pradesh Congress President Ashok Chaudhary confirmed the meeting with Rahul Gandhi earlier this week in Delhi, but he refused to give detailed information about the meeting.

According to the media report, Rahul indicated signs of action against party leaders who issued a statement against Nitish to Chaudhary during the meeting. At the time when the Congress and Janata Dal United had sparked controversy, Rahul was out of the country.

Controversy between Congress and Janata Dal United, senior leader of the Congress Ghulam Nabi Azad on Nitish Kumar to ensure the defeat of "Bihar's daughter" Meira Kumar, accused of supporting NDA candidate Ram Nath Kovind in the presidential election scheduled for July 17.

Ghulam Nabi Azad had said while attacking Nitish directly, that those who have an ideology make a decision. While many of them have ideologies, they make different decisions.

After this comment of Ghulam Nabi Azad, some Congress leaders from Bihar also attacked the Janta Dal United chief.

Nitish, while reversing the Congress, said, "Why Bihar's daughter was chosen for defeat". During the tenure of the UPA government two occasions came, why did not they make the candidate at that time? On the remarks of Ghulam Nabi Azad, Janta Dal United also reversed saying that he is not the 'hanger' of anybody.

On the support of NDA candidate Ram Nath Kovind by Nitish, there was a period of accusations of allegiance between the constituent parties of Bihar's Major coalition Congress, Rashtriya Janata Dal and Janata Dal United. After this intervention of Rahul, who has a good relationship with Nitish in political circles, the differences in Congress and Janta Dal United have probably ended.

The talk of ending the differences between the two parties has come to an end when the candidate of the opposition parties, Meira Kumar, is coming to Bihar today on a three-day visit. Meera will meet the Congress and RJD MLAs and MPs on Thursday, but her meeting with Nitish is not fixed.

Janata Dal United's national general secretary KC Tyagi said on the phone today that if the opposition parties are invited his party for discussions about the Vice Presidential election to be held in the coming August, we will certainly participate in it.

Tyagi also said that his party will support the joint candidate of the Opposition for the Vice President elections, if it is contacted about Janta Dal United and is called in the meeting.

Asked whether he will be participate in the said meeting, Tyagi said that his party's national president Nitish Kumar and senior leader Sharad Yadav will decide.

Education Minister in Bihar Government and State Congress President Ashok Chaudhary said that we expect that the Janata Dal United will be with us in the Vice Presidential election.
