Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai has said that under the supervision of US military and intelligence agencies, terrorist organizations, Islamic State (IS) have emerged in their country during the last three-four years.

In an interview with 'Russia Today' in London, Karzai said that he suspects that American bases in Afghanistan are used to help IS.

He said, "I have met the daily news from the Afghan people to supplying to IS in various parts of Afghanistan by US military helicopters."

Karzai said that despite spending billions of dollars from 9/11 to the present, extremism in Afghanistan has raised the head.

He said that the Afghan people ask if the US came to defeat terrorism in Afghanistan, so why is he so much today?

Karzai said, "We do not want our country to be bombarded with huge, destructive weapons. we want peace.''

He said that the use of the MOAB (Father of the Bombs) by the American forces was a sign of North Korea's sense of American power, but it was a cruelty on the Afghan people. On April 13 this year, the US dropped its largest non-nuclear bomb on a tunnel complex used by IS in eastern Afghanistan. This type of weapon was used for the first time in Afghanistan.

He said, "In particular, military action by foreign forces will not bring peace. The Afghan need to formulate a consensus to reach out to all the people, including the Taliban, to seek an agreement."

The former President said that there is a need to become a cooperative partner in China, Russia, Pakistan including India, to bring peace to the United States.

In relation to Pakistan, Karzai said that he would have to live together with Pakistan.

He said that there are two strong contradictions in his relationship with Pakistan, "When we became refugees, the Pakistani people welcomed us. But they did a dangerous job of supporting Mujahideen (against Soviet), which weakened our society."

Karzai said that he thinks that America will use Pakistan for its inhuman purpose in the new American policy of the region against its neighboring country.

He said that he wants to join hands with Pakistan so that we can avoid this deep plot.
