From 12 July to 26 July, special flights will operate from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to five cities in India. With these flights, Indians stranded in Emirates will be able to return home and Emirates stranded in India will be able to return. These flights will operate from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
There will be two daily flights from Delhi, two flights from Bangalore and two from Kochi. Three flights will operate from Mumbai and one daily from Thiruvananthapuram. Flights to Bengaluru and Mumbai will depend on the approval of the state government. Tickets for these flights can be booked on the Emirates Airlines website.
These tickets can also be booked from the travel agent, Emirates sales officer or contact center. Before boarding the flight, it will be mandatory for the passengers to meet all the requirements of the destination. Only Indian citizens will be able to travel on these flights running from Dubai to five cities of India.
These flights will be available to citizens of Dubai and residents of other Emiratis in the United Arab Emirates after the approval of the ICA, after receiving approval from the UAE's GDFRA, the Directorate General of Citizenship and Foreign Affairs, to enter the country.
To return to the Emirates from India, it will be mandatory to have a corona negative test. The result of RT-PCR test from a lab approved by the Government of India will be valid. This corona negative certificate should not be older than 96 hours from the time of flight.
