The debris of the Myanmar army, carrying more than a hundred people, was found in the Andaman Sea.

"We got the pieces of the plane 218 kilometers away from the city of Dwaye," the news agency AFP quoted a Myeik city tourism officer Nang Lin Joe.

An Air Force official said on condition of anonymity that the navy's relief vessel detected the pieces of the aircraft.

In a statement, the Office of the Military Commander-in-Chief Min Aung Hlang said, "After the arrival of the aircraft 20 miles west of Dwaye city, 1.35 am suddenly broke contact."

According to the office, the aircraft was occupied by the officers and their families of the Myeik Air Force Command, whose number is 105. Apart from this, there were 11 crew members on the plane.

Four Naval ships and two Air Force fighter aircraft were sent to search the aircraft. This plane was flying between Myeik and Yangon city at an altitude of more than 18,000 feet. Dwaye is two hours away from Yangon, the commercial capital of Myanmar.
