Like every year, this year, India is celebrating Kargil Vijay Day on July 26. It was exactly 18 years ago that India won the Kargil war. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted the people of Kargil Vijay Diwas.
However, another video of the soldier Tej Bahadur Yadav, who complained about poor food in the army, has surfaced. In this video, Tej Bahadur is threatening to PM Modi if he does not take action against the accused, he will take up arms.
In the video, Tej Bahadur said, "I have had to face people in very compulsion. You all know that I had completely disfigurement corruption. The government and the Prime Minister himself saw the video and the Home Minister ordered the inquiry. But these people (the army) did not have any kind of investigation. All of them are traitors. I warn these miscreants that I am giving you one month's time, that in one month i.e. till August 25, no action has been taken and if it does not cooperate, then this Tej Bahadur will go to betrayal.
Tej Bahadur also warned PM Modi, "Modi ji, you have 56 inch chest and I challenge you to 57-inch chest Tej Bahadur if there is no investigation in one month and do not take proper action. So I am ready to take up arms. It will be the government responsible for it."
Tej Bahadur further said in the video that "I am being harassed in every way. Before every lawyer was saying that he would fight my case, but where are those people today? I appeal to every soldier with whom injustice is done, that on 25th August he also took up arms with me."
This video has been added to the micro-blogging site Twitter on July 25. Many people have re-twit the video, including Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam.
