There has been a case of tampered with girl student again in the reputed Banaras Hindu University of India. A girl student was tampered with in the class on Thursday, after which she was assaulted.
As soon as the news came to the notice of this, the campus became frantic. The victim girl student filed a complaint in the nearby police station, after which the accused student was arrested. He also reads in Banaras Hindu University.
According to media reports, girl student studying in the third semester of M.A has got tampered in the Sociology department.
The girl student has alleged that the student of M.A. Sheetla Gond pulled her out of the class. She protested, the accused slapped her. Snatched the mobile from the hands and slammed it on the ground. The victim complained to the proctor immediately. Then went to Lanka police station and filed a case.
Based on the complaint, the accused student has been arrested. On the other hand, this incident has left the senses of security workers in the campus.
This morning, the member of National Commission for Women, Rekha Sharma has arrived here for an investigation. She has taken statements of students - girl students, teachers and former Proctor in the BHU tampering case.
