The Supreme Court ruled in the fodder scam on Monday. The Supreme Court has accepted the CBI's plea and has given a decision to run a separate trial for each case in the fodder scam. Thus, the Supreme Court has overturned the High Court's decision.

Rashtriya Janata Dal national president Lalu Prasad Yadav will face criminal conspiracy case now. The Supreme Court has also instructed to end the trial within 9 months. In the ninties, there was a fodder scam of about nine and a half hundred crore rupees in Lalu Prasad Yadav's Chief Ministership in Bihar. In this case, in the year 1996, there were 47 accused in addition to Lalu Yadav, but 15 accused were died during the long pending court proceedings.

On Monday, the Supreme Court canceled the order of the Jharkhand High Court, in which one of the cases of fodder scam was banned in the case against Lalu and others after conviction. The Supreme Court said that the conclusions of the Jharkhand High Court should have symmetry and should not give different opinions on the various accused in the case.

The Supreme Court also pulled up the CBI for delay in filing an appeal against the order of the High Court in this case.

The Supreme Court said that the CBI director should have been given a focus on this important issue and should have entrusted the responsibility of pursuing the matter to an officer.

At the same time, talking to a media group after the court's decision, Bihar BJP leader Sushil Modi made a big statement. He said that support can be considered if Nitish Kumar leaves Lalu Yadav.
