Sri Lankan task force rules out war crime pardon
04 Jan 2017 ( Perwez Anwer, MD & CEO, IBTN GROUP )A task force set up in Sri Lanka to consult people on reconciliation efforts after the civil war says amnesties are not on the table.
It says those who have committed grievous or heinous crimes will be held accountable.
