Sri Lankan task force rules out war crime pardon

A task force set up in Sri Lanka to consult people on reconciliation efforts after the civil war says amnesties are not on the table.

It says those who have committed grievous or heinous crimes will be held accountable.

Al Jazeera’s Minelle Fernandez reports from Colombo.
