BSF jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav has been sacked from the job. A few months ago, Tej Bahadur Yadav issued a video on social media and complained to the jawans eating bad food.
In the video, Tej Bahadur Yadav complained of bad eating. After this video of many jawans came out. There was a lot of controversy about these videos.
The PMO had sought a report from the Home Ministry and the BSF in this case. Tej Bahadur Yadav had also accused his senior officers of mugging the name of the amount of food. This video was viral after that.
Tej Bahadur Yadav shared four videos on Facebook. In these videos burnt roti, water lentils were shown. After the matter was exposed in the media, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had ordered an inquiry into the matter immediately.
The BSF had refused to provide poor food while clearfication in the case. Apart from this, officials also accuse Tej Bahadur Yadav of violating their terms of service.
Tej Bahadur Yadav, 42, resides in Mahendergarh district of Haryana. He was joined to BSF in 1996. They were deployed near the Line of Control (LOC) in Rajouri Sector located in Jammu and Kashmir.
In the video, Tej Bahadur Yadav had alleged that the soldiers are being given food for the last 10 days of the burning of roti and water mixed with lentils.
Tej Bahadur Yadav also alleged that many times the soldiers have to starve. Tej Bahadur Yadav was supposed to retire in 2032, but before that the BSF dismissed him from the job.
There were also reports that Tej Bahadur Yadav had applied for a voluntary retirement (VRS) after this controversy, but before taking any decision on it, the officials dismissed him.
Before that, Bahadur's family had claimed that they have disappeared, to bring them to face, the family will approach the court.
The family claims that they have no information about the Tej Bahadur where they are? Talking to the Indian Express, brother of Tej Bahadur's wife Vijay had told that the family is trying to contact him, but he is not being contacted.
The family had claimed that it had written two letters to BSF but no reply was received. Vijay had told that Yadav had spoken to his wife last time and had said that the BSF officials were taking him to an unknown place. He could not speak more than this.
