Ukraine says 22 people have been killed and dozens injured in a Russian rocket attack on one of its railway stations.
The attack came on a day exactly six months after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Ukraine said the attack took place in the eastern city of Chaplin, where five people were burned to death in a vehicle. Among them was an 11-year-old child.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky gave information about the attack in the middle of a meeting of the United Nations Security Council. He said that about 50 people were injured in the attack.
Russia has not yet responded.
However, Russia has been saying that it does not attack any place where there are civilians.
Zelensky said he learned of the Chaplin attack while he was preparing to speak at a Security Council meeting. "This is how Russia prepares for a meeting of the UN Security Council," he said.
He said four bogies were on fire and the casualties could rise.
Earlier in April 2022, there was an attack on a railway station in which more than 50 people were killed.
