On the lines of Karnataka, the biggest parties of Bihar, Goa and Manipur have claimed to form the government. RJD and Congress led by Tejasvi Yadav in Bihar met Governor Satyapal Malik and presented the claim of forming a government.

At the same time, Congress delegation met Manipur's acting governor Jagdish Mukhi and claimed to form the government in the state.

Apart from this, the Congress has claimed to form a government in Goa and handed over the letter to governor Mridula Sinha demanding an invitation to prove the majority in the House.

After meeting the governor in Bihar, Tejasvi Prasad Yadav said that we have submitted a letter supporting 111 legislators to the governor. If the Maha coalition gets a chance to form the government then they will prove to be a majority in the House.

He said that his associate MLAs are not Paltu Ram.

He welcomed the decision of the Supreme Court and said that Bihar will wait for the Governor's decision. After this, will decide the further strategy.

13 legislators met with the governor, accompanied by Congress's Goa in-charge Chella Kumar. During this time, he demanded that 'Being the largest party in the state, Congress has the opportunity to form the government. If needed, the parade of MLAs will be done in Raj Bhavan.

No party got a majority in Manipur elections last year. Of the total 60 assembly seats, Congress got 28 seats and BJP got 21 seats. Governor Nazma Heptullah gave the BJP an opportunity to form the government. To prove the majority of the BJP, the support of 10 MLAs was needed. He was supported by 4 Naga People's Front (NPF), 4 National People's Party, 1 Lok Janshakti Party, 1 TMC and 1 Congress MLA.
