However, Jagadhish Narayan Meena, MLA of Jamava Ramgarh, has denied any kind of disturbance in choosing the son's peon post and has said that there is no question of irregularities in the recruitments.
He said, "My son had applied for this job under the normal procedure and after the interview he has been selected." He told the Indian Express, "The opposition says that I have given my son a job used my influence, but if I did so much then why would I get my son a peon? If that was the case then I would get him a big job."
According to the Rajasthan government, the minimum qualification for this job was only the fifth class pass. But those who have been interviewed, of them 3600 people were well-educated, out of which 1533 were graduates, 23 with a PG degree in science, 9 people had an MBA degree. Apart from this, hotel management, nursing pass candidates also applied for this job.
