President Biden said, President Putin has shamelessly violated the UN Charter by attacking Ukraine

US President Joe Biden addresses the United Nations on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Criticizing Russia, he said President Vladimir Putin had "brazenly violated the UN Charter" by attacking Ukraine.

Joe Biden said Russian troops have attacked schools, railway stations and hospitals in Ukraine. The purpose of these attacks is to end the existence of Ukraine.

Speaking on nuclear war, he said that Putin threatened irresponsible nuclear war on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 over the Ukraine war, but nuclear war cannot be won and should never be fought.

Speaking on Taiwan and China, Joe Biden said that the US is committed to the One China policy. White House officials insisted that US policy on Taiwan had not changed. He said he would oppose a change in status quo from any side. Earlier on several occasions, Joe Biden has said that if China attacks Taiwan, America will help Taiwan.
