After the Pulwama terror attack, Pakistan has banned Jamaat-ud-Dawa's mastermind Hafiz Saeed of the 2008 attack on Thursday. Also, the Foundation Falah-e-Insaniyat associated with it has also been banned. According to a spokesperson of the internal affairs, this decision has been taken during the meeting of the National Security Committee of Pakistan. The meeting was held in the office of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

According to the spokesperson, the meeting decided that action against the banned organizations would be expedited. At the same time it was decided that the Jamaat-ud-Dawa and the Falah-e-Insaniyat Foundation will be included in the list of banned organizations. Earlier, both the organizations had a consistent view of Pakistan's interior ministry. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan. Action taken against terrorism was reviewed during this period. All the chiefs of Pakistan security were present in the meeting.

The question arises that on Feb 14, the responsibility of the Pulwama attack was taken by terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed, while the Pakistan government has banned Hafiz Saeed's Jamaat-ud-Dawa and its associated Foundation Falah-e-Insaniyat. The Pakistan government should also ban jaish-e-Mohammad and Masood Azhar.
