Harshvardhan said, "We have an old experience that whenever we go to the negotiating table, the result has been very bad. We expect Pakistan to take concrete and reliable and decisive action on terrorism. Situation will gradually return to normal in Kashmir but it depends on the ground situation.

The Indian Ambassador said that the necessary services have been restored. He said that the services of the bank and the hospital have been restored. Harshvardhan told the New York Times that the communication system has not been fully restored in view of security.

Most of Kashmir's leaders are still under house arrest. Prime Minister Imran Khan is comparing the Modi government to Nazi Germany. PM Khan has alleged that the Indian government can carry out genocide in Kashmir.

Imran Khan is also commenting on the Muslims of India in the whole matter. He said that the Modi government of India is discriminating against Muslims.

India says that Kashmir is its internal matter and if there is talk about it then it will be only bilateral and not a third party will be involved in it.

India has termed Kashmir's autonomy as an internal matter and the deployment of security forces as a precautionary measure. PM Modi is being called fascist in the Pakistani media about this.

Imran Khan visited the US last month and Trump said relations with Pakistan have improved since Pakistan's security aid was cut. In response to an NBC question at the press conference of the two leaders, Trump had said that he was ready to mediate on Kashmir.

Imran Khan has also expressed apprehension that India may take any major military action in Kashmir. He said, "India can justify action in Pakistan by doing so."
