After being sworn in as Chief Minister of Bihar for the sixth time and after resigning from the coalition government, Nitish Kumar had publicly said that democracy goes with public humiliation. That is, political cleansing and transparency in democracy is essential.

Apart from this, it was also said that Nitish Kumar's good governance has been immaculate. Therefore, tainted people should not have any place in it. Due to the scandal created by deputy chief minister Tejasvi Yadav, he created a new government by breaking the coalition, but now have started to raise questions on his challenges of immaculate and public humiliation politics.

Experts say that Nitish Kumar has broken the coalition only for political gain, because there is nothing new in his new government, which can be said that he has created an immaculate image of political transparency, cleanliness and good governance.

Nitish has been accused of promoting familyism, making ministers of criminals, airing opportunism, insulting the mandate, and demolishing social engineering on the new government, while Nitish has always been opposing all these.

Nitish Kumar's most criticism is being done to promote familyism. He has given Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) president Ram Vilas Paswan's younger brother Pashupati Kumar Paras in the cabinet, while Paras is not a member of any house.

However, who is or who is not to make a minister from LJP quota, it is the internal subject of LJP, but the Chief Minister also has the privilege of who he wants to keep in his team and who does not. If the CM wanted, he could have rejected the name of Paras, but he did not do that, while he rejected the name suggested by RLSP quota.

The biggest allegation that Nitish Kumar broke the coalition government and formed the government in collaboration with BJP is tainted. Nitish has resigned as a tainted Tejasvi Yadav in criminal cases, while in his new cabinet, there are about a dozen ministers who are tainted in some cases.

Himself, is a case of murder on CM Nitish and he has stayed at Patna High Court.

Sushil Kumar Modi, the new Deputy Chief Minister of Nitish and the most allegant to the Lalu family, is also not unstained. In the affidavit submitted during the 2012 MLC elections, Sushil Modi has himself mentioned that he has been booked under section 500, 501, 502 (defamation), 504 (Peace breach) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) of IPC in Naugachhiya Court of Bhagalpur.

Nitish Kumar has a new definition of political opportunism in Bihar. Those parties and people who were opposed for the last three-four years by him. All of them suddenly started feeling good to them.

Political analysts say that Nitish Kumar has abandoned the political shudity and political theory both for the sake of the chair.

Nitish is facing allegations of coalition with communal parties. The respect that minorities had for Nitish in mind was no longer the same. People say that in the name of Narendra Modi in 2013, they had crossed the NDA, the same Modi has suddenly started feeling good to him.

Tejasvi Yadav is constantly accusing Nitish Kumar of insulting Bihar's mandate. The experts also say that the people of Bihar had given a mandate to the Maha Alliance against the BJP, but Nitish insulted them and joined hands with the opposition parties, which the public had refused.

Nitish, who was a watchman for social engineering, is now paying his rituals only. In the new government, he has only made one woman and one Muslim a minister, whereas in the previous governments it was not so. Keeping in view of social harmony, Nitish has been giving preference to many Muslim faces, but this time he has done rituals only. Nitish has not given representation to many castes even in tools of caste equations. No Kayastha has been made a minister. The Dalit-Mahadalit is still far behind in the form of his government.
