Uttar Pradesh Health Minister Siddhartha Nath Singh told reporters that the intention of the members of the state government and the delegation is the same. Both want that meat should not be illegal business.
He said that on Thursday evening, a large delegation of people from several states related to the meat business in his government house with the Chief Minister met. Apart from Uttar Pradesh, meat exporters of Delhi and Mumbai were also involved.
In a conversation lasting 30 minutes, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the government is everyone. She does not want to discriminate with anyone. The motive of the government is to obey the orders of the Supreme Court and the NGT. This work should have been done by the previous government only.

Sirajuddin Qureshi, national president of All India Jamaitul Quresh, who is leading the delegation, said that the meeting with the Chief Minister was successful. He will appeal to businessmen of the meat to finish the strike and start a business legally. Businesses that do not have a license are the first to apply for a license.
On a question, he said that in most cases the business has been closed due to shortcomings. He expects that after the latest instructions of the state government, harassment by the authorities will not be done. The Chief Minister assured that if any officer has taken any action against the excitement then action will be taken against him.
