Mamata Banerjee to Launch BJP Quit India Movement

The West Bengal Chief Minister has announced the launch of nationwide agitation against the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party of the Center. While Mamata Banerjee was addressing the Martyrs 'Day rally in Kolkata on July 21, saying, TMC will launch BJP Quit India Movement' from August 9, and will drive BJP from the country.

Let us know that on 9th August, it is the date when the British Quit India Movement in India started. Mahatma Gandhi had started the Quit India Movement on the night of 8th August 1942 and since 9th August this movement had started in the whole country. On this date Mamata Banerjee has announced the countrywide agitation against BJP.

Let us know that West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee show her power in Kolkata today. A huge rally has been organized at Dharmatullah in Kolkata on this occasion. TMC and Bharatiya Janata Party have been witnessing tremendous confrontation in West Bengal for a long time. In the last few days, BJP President Amit Shah's continued tour of West Bengal has raised the state's political temperature. This year in April, the BJP president Amit Shah said the BJP workers in Naxalbari in West Bengal TMC will not stop Narendra Modi's victory chariot. Replying to this, Mamata Banerjee had said that she accepts this challenge and her party will capture Delhi.

Let us know that the Trinamool Congress celebrate Martyr's Day every year on 21st July. During the CPM regime on July 21, 1993, Mamta Banerjee had surrounded the Writers' Building, during which the police firing, 13 supporters of Mamata were killed. Mamata Banerjee was also injured during this firing. Since then, the Trinamool Congress organizes martyr's day every year on 21st July.
