Congress President in India Mallikarjun Kharge said that the opposition alliance will be called 'India' and all the parties involved in the meeting have agreed on this.

The alliance of opposition parties has been named 'Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (India)'. The next meeting of the opposition will be held in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra.

Mallikarjun Kharge said that a secretariat will be formed for campaign management and other committees will be formed in Delhi on other specific issues.

JDU, the Chief Minister of the Indian state of Bihar, Nitish Kumar's party also mentioned 'India' in a tweet - I-Indian, N-National, D-Developmental, I-Inclusive, A-Alliance.

Who will be the face of the alliance?

Responding to this, Kharge said, "Look, the question you asked is who will lead it and who will take it forward. That is why I said that we are forming a coordination committee of 11 people.
