Macron meets Qatari emir, calls for end of blockade
07 Jul 2018 ( IBTN News Bureau )The emir of Qatar has met France's president to discuss the blockade against Qatar and enhancing cooperation on matters including their fight against terrorism.
Both leaders say they're committed to building a strong alliance.
France has been a major ally since Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and Bahrain cut diplomatic and trade ties with Qatar.
Al Jazeera's Hashem Ahelbarra reports from Paris, France.
