In Britain, seven people were killed in the terrorist attacks in two different places in London, while 48 were injured. The police also killed three assailants.

Prime Minister Theresa May has said it is time to say "enough is enough" when it comes to tackling terrorism. "We cannot and must not pretend that things can continue as they are," she said. She said the general election will go ahead as planned on Thursday.

According to the BBC, this attack happened at the London Bridge at 10 pm on Saturdays. Van went on crushing the people running on the road. The van continued to crush the people, moving towards the Bohr market, where three attackers came from the van and started attacking people with a knife in the restaurant. There is also a British Transport Police officer in the wounded.

However, the police who reached the spot killed the suspects within eight minutes.

Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley said, "The suspects had worn something like an explosive jacket that went fake after the investigation."

He said that it seems that these incidents were executed by three attackers.

Metropolitan Police tweeted, "The incidents of the London Bridge and Bore Market were terrorist incidents.

"We consider it a terrorist incident and are investigating it," the BBC quoted Rowley as saying.

In the UK, the ruling Conservative Party has canceled the plan to promote the general election. The Prime Minister Theresa May will chair the emergency meeting of the crisis committee of the Government.

According to The Guardian, London mayor Sadiq Khan said that I am angry to know that these cowardly terrorists are deliberately targeting innocent people of London.

Opposition Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbin described the incident as a barbarian.

CNN told White House press secretary Sean Spiceer that the American President Donald Trump has been given full information in this regard.

Trump tweeted, "Whatever the US, London and Britain can help, it will do." We are with you."

He made another tweet and said, "I need to be attentive. Courts should return our rights. We need to make the travel ban effective at a higher level. "

This is the third terrorist attack in Britain since March.

According to the BBC's report, London Bridge was closed after this incident. The routes of buses have been changed and nearby Southwark Bridge has also been closed.

However, no terrorist organization has taken responsibility for this attack so far.

BBC reporter Holly Jones says that a man was driving a van and the speed of the van was 50 miles per hour. Jones was present at the time of the incident.

Jones said, "Van came out from me and they hit five to six people. Van fought two people in front of me."

A couple of witnesses to the London Bridge incident said, "We saw a man, he was attacking a man with a knife. He stabbed him three times with a knife."

It is worth mentioning that a terrorist attack on May 22 in Manchester, London, killed 22 people. The UK government had raised the level of terrorist alert in the wake of the Manchester attacks and had deployed the army to assist the police.
