Lock down in India will be increased or removed!

Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is holding a meeting with the Chief Ministers on videoconferencing on the corona virus infection. PM Modi is wearing a cloth mask in this meeting. Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray is also in a mask. A key decision on lockdown is expected in the meeting.

So far, a total of 7,400 cases of infection with the corona virus have been reported in India. Due to this, 239 people have lost their lives across India. Prime Minister Modi is in talks with the chief ministers on the three-week lockdown. The Chief Minister will tell what to decide about the lockdown? However, Odisha and Punjab have already decided to increase the lockdown?

Lockdown till 30 April - Arvind Keerjeewal

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has requested Prime Minister Modi to extend the lockdown till April 30.

In the meeting of Chief Ministers held with Prime Minister Modi on Saturday, he suggested to increase the lockdown by 30 April across the country.

Capt Amarinder Singh also demanded to increase the lockdown

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has also supported raising the lockdown in the Chief Ministers' meeting with PM Modi through videoconferencing. However, on Thursday, Punjab had decided to extend the lockdown till May 1.

Amarinder Singh demanded to increase testing facility

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has tweeted and informed about the meeting with PM Modi through videoconferencing. Amarinder Singh tweeted, "Talk with PM Modi on future preparations for corona virus infection." We sought to increase testing facilities. Apart from this, he also demanded to extend help to the poor and farmers.
