Former Chief Minister and RJD President Lalu Prasad has been convicted by the special CBI court on Saturday (December 23) in Bihar's most popular fodder scam. The court acquitted former Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra and six other accused in this case. Special Judge Shivpal Singh will be sentenced on January 3 in this case.
This case is linked to the Clearance of 84.5 lakhs from District Treasury of Deoghar. After being convicted by the court, Lalu Yadav tweeted one after another and attacked the BJP.
Lalu Yadav said that Lalu was not alone in the crusade for the poor and the backward, but the whole Bihar stood together. He tweeted, "False statements weavers, the truth is standing on their own stubbornness. Lalu is not alone in the crusade, but Bihar stands together. "
Lalu tweeted while attacking BJP, "I will fight the fight of social justice till death. Jagdev Babu shot dead, we go to jail, but I will not bow down. I will die fighting, but I will defeat the Manuwadis."
Lalu said that the feudal forces, I know Lalu is not the thorn of your path, the eye is nail. But you will not be able to uproot it so easily.
Congress has also responded to the court's decision. Party leader Manish Tewari said that Lalu Yadav is fighting a legal battle since 1996. It started, when BJP leaders filed PIL in Patna High Court.
According to the Congress leader, Lalu Yadav and his lawyer are capable of fighting in this case.

Explain that the hearing of the case was completed by the special CBI court of Ranchi on December 13. In this case, there were a total of 34 accused, of which 11 have died. While one accused accepted his crime and became a witness to the CBI.
