There have been 3,390 new cases of Kovid-19 infection in India in the last 24 hours, while 1,273 people have been discharged from hospital after fully recovered.

These figures have been given by the Joint Secretary of the Union Ministry of Health in the press conference held on Friday evening.

He said that the current recovery rate of Corona in the country is 29.36 percent. Apart from this he said:

- No cases of corona infection have been reported in the last 28 days in 42 districts of India.
- In 29 districts, no new case of corona has been reported in the last 21 days.
- No new cases of infection have been seen in the last 14 days in 36 districts.
- There have been no new cases of corona in the last seven days in 46 districts.

So far, not a single case of Kovid-19 infection has been reported in 216 districts of the country.
