Kenya dam burst: Police charge dam owner with manslaughter
06 Jul 2018 ( IBTN News Bureau )The owner and a director of a dam that collapsed in Kenya, killing 47 people, have been charged.
They're also accused of failing to make a report assessing the environmental impact of the facility.
Al Jazeera's Catherine Soi returned to the Rift Valley to talk to the people who lived through the dam collapse.
