After the polling in Karnatak on Saturday, the results of exit polls of different television channels have not seen any party getting a clear majority. Someone has told the Congress to the edge of the BJP.

The Congress has been projected to get a majority in the exit poll of India Today Axis My India, broadcast on the Aaj Tak channel. At the same time, India News Today Chanakya's exit poll predicted the BJP getting majority.

If the rest of the channels see the trends of exit polls, then the BJP is the largest party, the Congress seems to be the largest party, but both parties are far from the majority.

In such circumstances, any party will need to take the cooperation of the regional party Janata Dal-Secular, former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda to form a government. In the case of hung mandate, JDS will be in the role of Kingmaker.

In Karnataka, more than 112 seats will be required for any party to form the government. In the state, 224 seats out of a total of 224 seats have been polled. Election results will be on May 15 .
