Justice Karnan said, "Supreme Court ordered at 11 o'clock in the morning. I ordered the cancellation of Supreme Court order at 11.20 in the morning. How can not they order the media to print my statement? "
Justice Karnan was at the mouth of the media in Chennai's Chepak Government Guest House.
The Supreme Court had asked the media Tuesday (May 9) not to print any statement of Justice Karnan. Justice Karnan issued a written statement on his letter pad and said that this is his order.
Justice Karnan said that he has ordered the CBI to file a case under the SC-ST act against seven judges of the Supreme Court.
Justice Karnan said, "Am i anti-social element? Am i terrorist? How can they order restrictions? They have given many decisions against me, without hear my side? I am not afraid of arrest or imprisonment. The general public is with me. This is a complete failure of the judicial system. I have already seen the prison. "
Justice Karnan said that as a High Court judge, he has visited the Karur, Shivganga jails.
On the question of fear of going to jail, Justice Karnan said, "I am like Napoleon, .... an adopted son of Dr. Ambedkar. He says I am a madman. If I am a madman then why am I being sent to jail?
Asked whether he is going to meet President Pranab Mukherjee? Justice Karnan said that he has already sent his representation to the President. Justice Karnan said that the order of the Supreme Court is not fit to be enforced and they have ordered an order to dismiss the Supreme Court order prohibiting media.
Justice Karnan said that this matter is not about seven judges of the Supreme Court and between him, but is the corruption in the judiciary which is being ignored.
Justice Karnan said that Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi did not keep the matter properly in the Supreme Court.
