Skirmishes started in the cities of Sopore, Kulgam and Pulwama in South Kashmir.
Even in the Old City area of Srinagar, the youth pelted stones at the security forces, where two CRPF personnel were injured. Sopore and Pattan towns of North Kashmir are also reported to have similar clashes.
