The employment of 11,700 employees of Maharashtra Government, who got jobs on the basis of fake certificates, will be terminated. However, the government of Devendra Fadnavis is in a state of confinement to remove such a large number of people.

Explain that 7 months ago, the Supreme Court of India had given orders for action on those who got jobs through fake certificates. The Government of Maharashtra has been sweating to implement this 7 month old order.

It is being told that there are about 11,700 employees in the province, who had secured jobs under Scheduled Tribes ie Tribal quota in the province on the basis of fake caste certificates. Frauding for government jobs is not new, but such a large number of frauds in the job for Maharashtra administration is going to open up eyes. Now in a shock it would be a big thing to remove so many people from the job.

Not only this, there are also many employees who have been employed for the job of fake documents, who have been in the job for nearly two decades. All those who have been recruited as clerks are also those who have reached the post of Deputy Secretary in the state government. If these employees are removed, political parties and the Union can open a front on this issue.

In one of its orders in July, 2017, the Supreme Court had said that jobs or degrees of people enrolled in jobs and academic institutions should be withdrawn on the basis of fake caste certificates. Not only this, the apex court had ordered to take strict action against those apart from snatching jobs of such people.
