Terrorist Organization Islamic State took responsibility for the attacks on the Parliament and shrine of Imam Ayatollah Khomeini in Tehran in Iran on Wednesday. According to Amak, news agency affiliated with the IS, both of these attacks have been executed by IS.

Iranian news agency IRIS told one MP that the attackers used AK-47 rifles. Apart from this, 8 greens, 10 magazines of rifle and some fluids have been recovered from the attacker who committed suicide by eating cyanide capsules in Tehran.

According to Iranian news agency IRIB, MP said, "There were three attackers, two of whom had a Kalashnikov rifle and one had a colt pistol."

At the same time some people in the parliament were also made hostage by the attackers. After killing the terrorists, the hostages were evicted.
