India Rape Arrest: Ruling party lawmaker arrested over rape
15 Apr 2018 ( IBTN News Bureau )An Indian lawmaker from the ruling BJP party has been arrested on charges of abduction and rape. Philip Owira reports on an arrest that follows nationwide protests by people who are frustrated by police inaction, especially in cases involving high-ranking perpetrators.
