General Rawat also said that if people firing on the army instead of throwing stone, their work will be easier. He said that I wish I was more happy when these people attacked us with weapons instead of throwing stones at us. Then I could do that, which I want to do.

General Rawat, who served for many years in Jammu and Kashmir, said that if the people's faith will end on the army in any country, then the country is wasted.

General Rawat said, the enemies should be afraid of you and your people should also be afraid of you. We have a friendly army, but when we are asked to restore law and order, people should scare you.

General Rawat said that his work as an army chief was to increase the army's confidence in Jammu and Kashmir, and honoring Majoz Gogoi, I did the same.

They said, I am not in the battlefield and I can not even affect the situation there. I can only say to the soldiers that I am with them.

He said that there are elections in Anantnag tomorrow and such incidents can happen again. If the army will not protect, the people's confidence will end.
