Dineshwar Sharma, the interlocutor appointed by the central government to interact with different parties and groups in Jammu & Kasmir of India, says that the biggest challenge and top priority in Kashmir is to prevent Kashmiri youth and terrorists to become extremist and prevent this part of India from becoming a Syria.

Sharma, who has been holding the Intelligence Bureau for two years, said that his purpose was to 'make the fast as soon as possible' to end violence, even a rickshaw driver and junk driver, who contributed to the peace establishment in the state, they have to be included in the conversation.

Sharma said that he personally feels very sad to see that Kashmiri, especially the youth who have chosen the path can ruin the society.

Sharma, while pointing to new young men becoming terrorist commanders in the interview from IANS, said, "I feel pain and sometimes I become emotional too. I want violence to be eliminated as soon as possible from all sides. Kashmir's youth like Zakir Musa (Kashmir al-Qaeda chief) and Burhan Wani (the killed commander of Hizbul Mujahideen) get more attention when they talk of Khalifa (establishing Islam).

He said that the way the youth of Kashmir is growing, it is extremism and it will completely ruin the Kashmiri society.

Sharma said, "I am concerned about the people of Kashmir. If this continues, then the conditions here will be like Yemen, Syria and Libya. Many groups will start fighting among themselves. Therefore, it is important that all of us, please cooperate in this dialogue so that the problems of the Kashmiris are less."

He said, "I will have to rely on the youth of Kashmir that they are ruining their future only and they are doing it in the name of freedom, Islamic caliph or Islam, destroying the future of all Kashmiris." You can take example of Pakistan, Libya, Yemen and any country, where all this is happening. These countries have become the most violent place in the world. So I want all this not to be in India. "

In the Intelligence Agency from 2003 to 2005, Sharma, former officer of the Indian Police Service, who has been entrusted with the responsibility of the Islamic Terrorism Desk, was appointed as the interlocutor on Monday to end the violence for three decades in Kashmir.

In the year 2015, when the IB was investigating the modules in terrorist organization Islamic State of Kerala, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh, during that time, instead of giving strength to force to arrest the potential recruiter of the global terrorist network Sharma were known to capture the problem by consulting and improving.
