Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Sunday targeting India's Prime Minister, Narendra Modi's foreign policy, after the praise of Pakistan by US President Donald Trump.
Trump praised Pakistan for protecting an American-Canadian family from the clutches of Haqqani Terrorist Network.
Rahul tweeted how tainted Modi, "Modi ji should hurry, it looks like President Trump wants to embrace once again."
With the tweet, the Congress leader posted a picture of Trump's innovative statement which states that "America wants to start with Pakistan and its leaders to build a better relationship. Thank you for cooperating on many fronts Islamabad."
Trump had earlier fiercely attacked Pakistan and alleged that "the terrorists we are fighting with, Pakistan is giving them shelter."
Pakistan's criticism by Trump came after Modi's visit to America in June. At that time Prime Minister Modi and Trump had embraced and Trump had called Modi a true friend.
Describe that Donald Trump had said in one of his statement that Pakistan has taken advantage of the US over the years, but now it is the beginning of the real relations of his country with Pakistan.
Five years after the occupation of the Haqqani terrorist network, with the safe release of the American-Canadian family, the US has expressed hope that the relationship between the two countries will change positively.
