Manohar Lal Khattar was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Haryana for the second consecutive time. On the other hand, Janasayak Janata Party (JJP) leader Dushyant Chautala was sworn in as the Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana.

Meanwhile, Dushyant Chautala's father Ajay Chautala has been released from jail for two weeks.

The Haryana government has approved his two-week furlough.

Ajay Chautala is lodged in Tihar Jail after being convicted in the teacher recruitment scam.
