Key Points of Press Briefing

- Army Parliamentary Panel report states, 68% of Army's equipment is in the vintage category, 24% in the current and 8% in the state-of-the-art category.

- PM Modi formed govt in 2014 by trumpeting about Make in India and how employment will be generated under this. But the fact today is 'Make in India' is a huge failure.

- I want to remind PM Modi of police reforms that he promised to come to power. PM Modi did not even spare martyred soldiers to gain votes.
