According to Jagran, the woman officer also supported DM of Bareilly. She shared the Facebook post apologizing to RV Singh and wrote that explanations for the right thing have to be given. Rashmi said that the right person has to apologize too.

She said that everyone has right to celebrate Republic Day, there is nothing to celebrate before or after. If there is any wrong message on the whatsapp, then it is not stopped but rather viral. In such a situation, the environment worsens.

Let tell you that communal violence broke out on the occasion of the Republic Day in Kasganj. In this violence, a youth named 22-year-old Chandan Gupta was shot dead, which led to his death.
