The son of former terrorist Abdul Rashid Parrey alias Billa, who was killed in his house in Bandipora district of north Kashmir, alleged that his close friend cheated and killed his father.

Fayaz Ahmed Parrey claimed that two of his neighbors went to his house with two other men wearing a mask and said that he had to talk to them. Those people had guns in their hands.

Parrey said, "Two young men who live in our neighborhood, come to our house and ask us to open the doors of the house. My father said that he is our neighbor and told us to open the gate. There were two more youths with him, who were not there. Their faces were covered and they had guns. "

He told that the young man took his father to a room, closed the room and shot him.

Former Terrorist's son said, "My father was at the gate and my child was in his lap. They took my father in by saying that they have to talk something. My father told him that he knew he had come here to kill him and could fire him. He said that he has come to talk, not to kill They sat down, drank water and then went inside, locked the room and shot them. "

He said that the most tragic is that this fraud was a close friend.

Fayaz said that his father was murdered because he was a part of the militant militia Ikhwan.

He said, "We knew that Pakistani would kill him someday, but I never thought that my friend would kill him. He was with the first few people whom you have given a name (Ikhwan) but he was at home for the past 10 years. He used to roam the streets and nothing happened to him, no one touched him.

Suspected terrorists had killed the commander of the Anti-Terrorist Force Parrey at his house on the night of 16 April.
