Moradabad / Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Mar 22 (ANI): After the announcement of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday that they were in the process of setting up anti-Romeo squad in the state.

The U.P. police on Wednesday arrested 20 romeos in the different locations. The Anti-romeo squad team started their operation in 11 districts that fall under Lucknow zone on Wednesday.

Supporting the decision of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that they were in the process of setting up anti-Romeo squad in the state. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders Siddharth Nath Singh on Wednesday said that the main motive behind the anti Romeo squad's is to make women feel safe and to prevent any wrong incidents against women from happening. The Anti-romeo squad team started their operation in 11 districts that fall under Lucknow zone.
