The Argentinian capital, Buenos Aires, is trying to find new ways to deal with its mounting rubbish problems.
It is estimated that 6,000 tonnes of waste is generated every day, so the government wants to change the law to make it easier to manage.
But not everyone is happy, because the plan could impact people whose lives depend on collecting recyclable materials.
