UN Security Council to discuss N Korea missile test

The UN Security Council will meet on Monday to discuss North Korea's latest missile provocation.

The emergency meeting was called by the United States, South Korea and Japan in response to the ballistic missile launch.

China and Russia have condemned Pyongyang for the test.

Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Seoul.
