BSF has dismissed its soldier Tej Bahadur Yadav. Tej Bahadur Yadav had posted a video clip on social networking website and complained of giving bad food to the BSF jawans stationed in areas adjacent to the Pakistani border.

They were dismissed on Tuesday (April 19th) from Samba's Samary Security Force. Tej Bahadur Yadav has been found guilty of breaking the discipline of the Force, in addition to that he did not even follow the Force's Grivans Redresal Mechanism.

Apart from this, Tej Bahadur Yadav was also found guilty of violating the general orders of the army. Tej Bahadur Yadav kept two mobile phones during duty, which is against SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Apart from this, there is a violation of instructions by putting pictures on social media in uniform.

Tej Bahadur Yadav has said on BSF's decision that they will appeal in court against the dismissal. However, they have the option of appealing to the higher headquarters of BSF.

After dismissing Tej Bahadur Yadav by BSF, his wife Sharmila released a video message on social media. In which she said, "He (Yadav) has been court martial. He had taken this step in the interest of the jawans and showed the country his food. After this will any mother send her child into the army? What kind of sin did he commit that he had been 20 years of service and he was dismissed? The government wanted that he should send his home, the government did this very wrong. This will frighten any mother from sending her child to the army. "

Tej Bahadur Yadav shared four videos on Facebook. In these videos burnt roti, water lentils were shown.

After the matter was exposed in the media, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had ordered an inquiry into the matter immediately. The BSF had refused to provide poor food while clearfication in the case.

Apart from this, officials also accuse Tej Bahadur Yadav of violating their terms of service.
